How quickly can you fix my site?
It depends on the fault. Many common issues are resolved the same day once we have access; anything deeper we scope after diagnosis. We tell you what we’ve found before the hours mount up.
What if you can’t reproduce the problem?
We say so. Intermittent faults sometimes need logging added and a period of observation — we’ll explain what that involves rather than guess at a fix and bill you for it.
Do you work on sites you didn’t build?
Almost always. Most of what we fix is someone else’s code, and we work with it as we find it — no lectures required.
Will you break something else while fixing it?
We work on staging wherever possible, make the smallest change that resolves the cause, and deploy with a rollback ready.
Do you fix the cause or just the symptom?
The cause, wherever we can. If a quick patch is genuinely the pragmatic call, we say that plainly and tell you what the proper fix would take.
