My site is down right now — how fast can you start?
Get in touch and tell us what you’re seeing. Triage usually starts within hours once we have access, and we’ll tell you honestly how long recovery is likely to take before you commit.
Can you guarantee you’ll recover everything?
No — and nobody honestly can. If there’s a usable backup or the database is intact, full recovery is very likely. If both are gone, we recover what exists and tell you plainly what doesn’t.
How did my site get hacked?
Usually an outdated plugin or theme, a weak password, or a compromised neighbour on shared hosting. Part of the job is finding which, because cleaning without closing the hole just buys you a few weeks.
Will it get reinfected?
Not if the entry point is closed and the site is kept updated. That’s why we harden after cleaning — and why a care plan matters more after a hack than before one.
Do I need to tell my customers?
