What does a care plan cost?
It’s quoted to the site — a small brochure site and a busy WooCommerce store need very different amounts of attention. Ask, and we’ll scope it honestly rather than sell you a tier you don’t need.
I already have hosting backups. Isn’t that enough?
It’s a start. Host backups are often infrequent, kept on the same infrastructure that just failed, and rarely tested. We keep independent copies and check they actually restore.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, we investigate, and we tell you what happened. Recovery work beyond the plan’s scope is quoted before we do it — no surprise invoice.
Can you maintain a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We audit it first, tell you what we find, and fix anything that would make routine maintenance unsafe before the retainer starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It’s a retainer, not a lock-in — and your backups, access and code remain yours.
