provided by Creative Wings (“we”, “us”). By using our site or engaging our
services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide web design and development, WordPress, e-commerce, custom web development, SEO and digital marketing, cloud/DevOps, server management, deployment, and domain management. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over general statements on this site.
Quotes & pricing
Prices and packages shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice. A binding quote is provided in writing after we understand your requirements. Global clients may be quoted in USD.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, access, or credentials needed to deliver the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us.
Payment
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, retainers) are set out in your project agreement. Late payment may pause work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source software, and our pre-existing tools/frameworks, which remain under their respective licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. hosting, AWS, payment gateways, WordPress, Shopify). We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or their own terms and fees.
Warranties & disclaimers
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, traffic, or business results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Vijayawada/Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a project contract.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
